The glowing adventure began at a modest little location in Reykjavík but has grown into one of the most loved restaurants in Iceland's restaurant market and has recently expanded to Copenhagen. With creativity and a passion for good ingredients, Gló has been able to change the way Icelanders look at healthy food and show them it could be both healthy and tasty. Their goal was to make it easy for busy people to discover and try new, exciting healthy meals that enrich the mind, body, and spirit.

Glo restaurants offer fast service and a variety of wholesome options created by their founder and food artist, Sólveig Eírksdóttir, better known as Solla. You'll find Gló at three locations across Reykjavík. Food is ordered at the counter and carried to the table to enjoy. The restaurants are subtly adorned with an array of NORR11 furniture selections. These include the Nomad Chair, NY11 Chair, NY11 Bar Stool, Mammoth Chair, and Duke Table that collectively integrate into the restaurant's ambiance.
